Snappy Eggs

Instructions
- Butter a large shallow baking dish. Split and seed chilies (I use the mild ones) and spread flat in bottom of dish.
- Cover chilies with cheese.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs and add Bisquick and milk.
- Beat well with mixer.
- Pour egg mixture over peppers and cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Serves 8.
