Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Crisco
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, Crisco, butter and sugar.
  2. Mix until crumbly.
  3. With spoon, mix in eggs and milk.
  4. Put batter into 2 greased pie pans, which are sprayed with Pam.
  5. Dot with butter or margarine.
  6. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon to taste.
  7. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
