Ingredients

  • 1 fryer
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil fryer until done; bone fryer and shred thin.
  2. Heat oil hot, then take tortillas and run through hot oil.
  3. Leave tortillas soft.
  4. Drain tortillas.
  5. Spread sour cream on tortilla; sprinkle prepared chicken.
  6. Add lettuce and tomatoes.
  7. Roll up.
  8. They are ready to serve.
