Instructions
- Boil fryer until done; bone fryer and shred thin.
- Heat oil hot, then take tortillas and run through hot oil.
- Leave tortillas soft.
- Drain tortillas.
- Spread sour cream on tortilla; sprinkle prepared chicken.
- Add lettuce and tomatoes.
- Roll up.
- They are ready to serve.
