  • 1/4 oz beaten ginger
  • 4 cups water
  • sugar or honey

Instructions

  1. Pour 4 cups boiling water over sorrel and ginger.
  2. Steep for 4 hours.
  3. Sweeten to taste with sugar or honey.
  4. Serve chilled.
