Ingredients

  • 12 sweet peppers
  • 12 carrots
  • 12 onions
  • 12 ears corn
  • 2 gal. tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. salt

Instructions

  1. Chop peppers and carrots.
  2. Cook until tender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Can in sterilized jars and seal.
