Instructions
- Brown sausage and drain well, cube the bread slices.
- Spray dish with Pam.
- Layer 9 x 13-inch glass dish as follows:
- 1st layer - sausage, 2nd layer - bread cubes, 3rd layer - cheese.
- Mix the eggs and milk, season to taste and pour over the layered mixture. Cover tightly and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
- Bake at 250° for 1 hour.
