Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker pie shell
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 fresh lemons

Instructions

  1. Bake the graham cracker pie shell and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with the egg yellows.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the milk and egg mixture and stir well.
  4. Pour the filling into the cooled pie shell.
  5. Either sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top or make meringue from the egg whites and form peaks.
  6. Bake the pie until the meringue is lightly browned.
  7. Allow the pie to cool in a cool, dry place before serving.
