Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean hamburger
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 1/2 cup fat free sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger.
  2. Stir water, salsa and pasta into meat.
  3. Heat to boiling, reduce heat.
  4. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Peek after 10 mins to make sure you don't need to add more water.
  6. Stir in sour cream.
