Spaghetti And Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. oil, divided
  • 2 or 3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, saute garlic in 1/4 cup oil for 3 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli; stir and cook for 5 minutes, until tender.
  3. Cook spaghetti according to package; add hot spaghetti to broccoli, garlic and remaining oil.
  4. Toss well.
  5. Mix milk with cheese in separate bowl, then pour over spaghetti mixture over low heat.
  6. Toss well until cheese melts.
