Spaghetti Pepperoni Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of spaghetti broken in half
  • 2/3 dry seasoned bread crumbs
  • 4 cups of pasta sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz turkey pepperoni
  • 8 eggs lightly beaten

Instructions

  1. cook spaghetti 1 minute less than directed on package, drain.
  2. Heat oven to 350. Coat nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. In bowl, combine spaghetti, pasta sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni. Stir in beaten eggs. Spoon mixture into prepared skillet.
  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, Sprinkle Parmesan and bake for 10 more minutes
