Spaghetti With Mango

Instructions
- heat olive oil in large frying pan
- add onion and saute gently over a low heat they are tender and lightly colored
- add the sour cream together with the gorgonzola, stir well
- stir in mango, simmer over low heat
- cook spaghetti in salted water
- brown the walnuts in a small frying pan
- drain pasta when done, toss with a little oil
- top with sauce and walnuts
