Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. diced ham or crumbled cooked sausage
  • 1/4 c. diced onion

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, garlic powder, milk, salt and sour cream in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Top this mixture with diced ham or crumbled cooked sausage, Cheddar cheese and onion.
  3. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Excellent with hash browns and sweet rolls.
