Spiced Peach Lassi

Ingredients

  • 2 large peaches, pitted and finely chopped
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • Pinch None ground cumin
  • Pinch None chili powder
  • 2-3 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Reserve 2 tbsp of the chopped peaches for garnish. Place the remaining peaches in a blender. Add the yogurt, honey, spices, lime juice and ice cubes. Blend for 2 mins until smooth. Divide among 4 glasses. Garnish with the reserved peaches. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
