Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
  • 1 jar picante sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. hot, cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Rinse fish fillets and cut into serving size portions.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sear the fish on both sides.
  3. Add picante sauce and simmer the fish for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Serve the fish over hot cooked rice.
