Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/3 cup Wesson oil
  • 6 to 8 large potatoes

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes.
  2. In a large gallon bag, combine the Lipton onion soup mix and Wesson oil.
  3. Place a few potato slices at a time into the bag and shake to coat well.
  4. Arrange the coated potatoes in a baking dish, cover, and bake in a 400°F oven for 45 minutes or until done.
