Spicy Spareribs

- In a 3-quart saucepan bring spareribs, water, onion and garlic to a boil.
- Cover and simmer 1 hour or until ribs are tender and starting to fall off the bone.
- Remove ribs from bones and put in a foil-lined shallow pan into which they just fit in a single layer.
- Stir together molasses, ketchup and mustard; spoon over ribs.
- Bake in a preheated 375° oven until very hot (20 to 25 minutes).
