Spinach Bread With Sausage

Instructions
- Remove casing from sausages and brown and crumble in a frying pan.
- Mix all ingredients (except for dough) in a bowl. If mixture seems dry, add 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- Roll out the bread dough and spread the mixture evenly over it.
- Roll up the dough to enclose the filling and seal the edges.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
