Spinach Everyone Likes

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, chopped or whole leaf
  • 1 c. low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs or herb stuffing

Instructions

  1. Cook spinach according to package directions.
  2. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
  5. Top with bread crumbs.
  6. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
  7. Serves 12.
