Spinach Mock Quiche

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Roll out pie dough to fit into a 9-inch deep dish pie pan.
- Defrost spinach, drain and squeeze dry.
- In a bowl, combine spinach, cheese, nuts and seasonings.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg with the milk.
- Add to spinach mixture.
- Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
- Keep filling even around crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Serve hot.
