Spinach & Red Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • Bunch of Spinach
  • Small Head of Red Cabbage
  • 1 c. white raisins
  • 1/2 c. choppen pecans
  • DRESSING:
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. white wine vinegar
  • 6 tbl. sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed

Instructions

  1. Shred spinach.
  2. Chop cabbage into THIN pieces.
  3. Add raisins and pecans.
  4. Cobine dressing ingredients. Pour over salad mixture. Toss.
  5. Best if dressing is at room temperature or if you let it sit a bit before serving.
