Instructions
- Cook bacon and remove from skillet.
- Saute onion in bacon drippings until transparent.
- Drain off drippings.
- Add bacon, spinach and beans and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately with hot flour tortillas.
- Makes 4 to 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
