Ingredients

  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 dried fruit
  • 1 chopped nuts
  • 1 raw honey
  • 1 any type seeds....pumpkin, sunflower, etc
  • 1 optional.....crunchy flax cereal for more benefit and texture
  • 1 flax seeds/meal

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Roll into balls
  3. Optional.....roll in cacao/cocoa or coconut or spirulina or anything you would like.
