Ingredients

  • 3 lb. boned chicken breast
  • 1 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 2 c. herbed Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Cut chicken into bite size pieces (cubes).
  3. Place chicken in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish; place cheese on top, then mixture of soup and water, poured onto cheese slices. Melt margarine; add stuffing until coated.
  4. Layer stuffing mixture over entire baking dish.
  5. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
