Spring Onion Couscous

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 3.5 oz couscous
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 None spring onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Bring stock to a boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat, add couscous and butter and stir to combine. Cover and let stand for 5 mins, or until liquid is absorbed, fluffing with a fork occasionally.
  2. Stir spring onions into couscous to serve.
