Spring Onion Couscous

- Bring stock to a boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat, add couscous and butter and stir to combine. Cover and let stand for 5 mins, or until liquid is absorbed, fluffing with a fork occasionally.
- Stir spring onions into couscous to serve.
