Instructions
- Peel potatoes.
- Slice each potato into 3 slices; cut potatoes across twice.
- Fry over medium heat in oil, turning slowly.
- Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
- Cook potatoes until you can put a fork through them.
- Drain oil from potatoes, sprinkle on salt, add water and stir, mixing well.
- Place lid over pan and simmer until water has almost evaporated.
- Serve with ketchup.
- Good for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
