Squash Au Gratin "A"
Ingredients
Instructions
- Boil sliced squash in small amount of water with salt and sugar.
- Cover and cook until tender.
- Drain well and add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and pour into buttered casserole.
- Sprinkle more grated cheese and cracker crumbs on top.
- Bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
