Ingredients

  • 3 cups grated, peeled squash
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix grated, peeled squash with lemon juice.
  2. Microwave for 30 minutes on High, turning it occasionally.
  3. Add flavored Jello and sugar to the mixture.
  4. Microwave for an additional 8 minutes on Low.
  5. Pour into jars and seal.
  6. Allow to cool and store in refrigerator before opening, as it will look runny initially.
  7. Store in refrigerator after opening.
