Ingredients

  • 2 c. yellow squash
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
  • 1/3 c. butter

Instructions

  1. Over medium heat, saute garlic and onion with squash until tender.
  2. Add salt and pepper to flavor.
