Ingredients

  • dressed squirrel
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Boil the dressed squirrel in salt water and remove all good meat.
  2. Grind the meat and blend it with bread crumbs, chopped onions, ketchup, and mashed potatoes.
  3. Shape the mixture into small, flat cakes.
  4. Fry the cakes in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
