Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) package lime Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 5 cups cold water
  • 1 large can pineapple juice
  • 1 medium bottle ReaLemon juice
  • 1 oz. almond extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the lime Jell-O and 2 cups boiling water in a bowl.
  2. Stir until well blended.
  3. Add sugar and stir well.
  4. Add remaining ingredients: cold water, pineapple juice, ReaLemon juice, and almond extract.
  5. Chill several hours before serving.
