Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Dissolve.yeast in 1/4 cup warm water, letting stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Add -- next 5 ingredients, mixing well.
  3. Stir -- in flours gradually until blended.
  4. Let -- stand, covered, in a cool place for 8 to 14 hours. Do not refrigerate.
  5. Sprinkle. top with flour and stir dough down.
  6. Knead -- on floured surface for 5 to 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
  7. Shape -- into 2 loaves and place in greased loaf pans.
  8. Let -- rise for 1 to 2 hours or until doubled in bulk.
  9. Bake -- at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
