Stacked Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. minced green onions
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place tomatoes in a buttered casserole.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on top of tomatoes.
  3. Spread mayonnaise over top, then green onions.
  4. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over last.
  5. Bake in a 325° oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Serves 4.
