Creamy, cheesy taco rolls with olives and green chilies offer a flavorful appetizer or snack, perfect for parties, gatherings, or casual get-togethers with a spicy dip on the side.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 1 package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 jar picante sauce
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 package flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl.
  2. Drain chopped black olives and chopped green chilies, then add them to the mixture.
  3. Stir in shredded Cheddar cheese, minced onion, and garlic salt.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto flour tortillas.
  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly and place them in the refrigerator to chill.
  6. Remove from refrigerator and cut into 1/2-inch wide rolls.
  7. Serve with picante sauce for dipping.
