Ingredients

  • 2 green peppers, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 jar Ragu sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Saute sliced peppers in hot oil.
  3. Add jar of Ragu; simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  4. Broil a 2 pound steak for 4 minutes on each side.
