Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. beef tenderloin, cubed *
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 small green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. bean sprouts

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef in salt and pepper.
  2. Heat frying pan.
  3. Add oil, then saute garlic until brown.
  4. Pan-fry the beef cubes.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until vegetables are done.
