Stew Beef Over Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. stew beef
  • 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Instructions

  1. Place stew beef in a 2 quart pyrex dish.
  2. Sprinkle dry onion soup over the beef.
  3. Spoon celery and mushroom soup evenly over beef.
  4. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  5. Serve over rice.
