Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 box cherry jello mix
  • 1 large container Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix the cake mix according to the package instructions.
  2. Bake the cake and allow it to cool completely.
  3. While the cake cools, prepare the cherry jello as directed and let it set slightly.
  4. Poke holes in the cooled cake and pour the prepared jello over it, filling the holes.
  5. Spread Cool Whip evenly over the top of the cake.
  6. Spoon cherry filling on top of the Cool Whip and serve.
