Stone (Vegetable) Soup
Ingredients
Instructions
- Chop raw vegetables and put in large pot.
- Add tomatoes, frozen vegetables and water as needed.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours.
- Taste and add salt and pepper.
- Taste again and adjust if needed.
- Refrigerate overnight. Heat and enjoy.
