Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14oz.) artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Cut artichoke hearts in half and cut bacon strips in half to make two shorter pieces.
  3. Wrap bacon around each artichoke half and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Place the wrapped artichokes on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
  6. Drain on a paper towel and serve warm.
