Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 lb spring macaroni
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese
  • 6 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 large jar Ragu sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a skillet until fully cooked.
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package directions until al dente.
  3. Drain the macaroni and add the cooked ground meat and Ragu sauce to it.
  4. Spread half of the meat and pasta mixture evenly in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  5. Cover the layer with sour cream.
  6. Place slices of Provolone cheese over the sour cream, then add the remaining macaroni mixture on top.
  7. Top the final layer with slices of Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in a 300°F oven for 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
