Strawberry Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 15 minutes or until slightly thick.
  3. Stir in strawberries.
  4. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 10 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally.
  5. Yield-1 cup Weight watcher points-1.
