Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/3 cup strawberry preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Arrange refrigerator biscuits in a round cake pan.
  3. Make a hollow center in each biscuit using your thumb.
  4. Fill the hollowed center with strawberry preserves.
  5. Combine egg, sugar, and milk to brush on biscuits.
  6. Brush each biscuit with the egg, sugar, and milk mixture.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
