Ingredients

  • 1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. crushed ice
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut up strawberries.
  2. Crush ice with an ice crusher or wrap ice in a dish towel, place on a cutting board, and hit it with a hammer.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a blender or shake well in a covered plastic container for 1 minute.
