A refreshing strawberry freeze pie featuring a creamy pudding and Cool Whip filling topped with cookie crumbs and fresh strawberries, perfect for summer gatherings or family desserts.

Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 to 2 pt. fresh strawberries
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip (low-fat)
  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
  • 2 c. 2% low-fat milk

Instructions

  1. Dice approximately 1 pint of strawberries.
  2. Crush cookies and sift through a strainer.
  3. Re-crush leftovers and sift until all cookies are sifted.
  4. Mix pudding and Cool Whip; add diced strawberries and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Spoon cookie crumbs over the top and even out with a fork.
  7. Garnish with remaining strawberries and freeze until set.
