Ingredients

  • 1 envelope plain gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups evaporated skim milk
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 teaspoons granulated fructose
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 32 ounces nonfat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 pint strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, soften gelatin in water for 2 minutes.
  2. Place over medium heat until gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Add evaporated skim milk, 1/2 cup of the fructose, and salt to the gelatin.
  4. Stir over medium heat until well blended, approximately 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in yogurt and vanilla.
