Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed strawberries
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed strawberries and sugar and let sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Bring water to a boil and add Penjell (gelatin). Boil for 1 minute.
  3. Pour the boiled water into the strawberries and continue stirring for 2 or 3 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into jars and let stand until firm.
