Strawberry Velvets

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 c. hot water

Instructions

  1. Take cream cheese; mix well in the orange juice.
  2. Put jello in 1 cup hot water; drain the frozen strawberries and use juice in jello.
  3. Stir jello into mayonnaise until chilled and slightly thickened. Fold in the rest of the strawberries.
  4. Pour into 1-quart mold; chill until firm.
