Sweet, nutty Bundt pan rolls filled with pecans, brown sugar, and butterscotch pudding, perfect for a cozy breakfast or dessert to delight family and guests alike.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. bag pecans
  • 18 or 19 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) package butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons oleo (melted)

Instructions

  1. Generously grease a Bundt pan and sprinkle the bottom with half of the pecans.
  2. Place the frozen dinner rolls on top of the pecans and sprinkle the remaining pecans over the rolls.
  3. Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon with the melted oleo (butter).
  4. Pour the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the rolls in the pan.
  5. Let the rolls rise overnight at room temperature.
  6. In the morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Bake the rolls for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and invert the pan onto a serving plate as soon as possible.
