String Beans And Potatoes

- Cut up potatoes in small chunks, about 1-inch thick, and boil until cooked through.
- Cut up string beans and boil or steam until cooked.
- Add olive oil to the bottom of a pan (1/4 cup to 12-inch pan; use less for smaller amount).
- Add garlic in large chunks to remove later.
- (If you like garlic and can eat it, you can leave in or cut up smaller.)
- First, slightly flavor string beans, to let flavor set in, then add potatoes for short amount of time. Don't let potatoes get mashed when stirring.
