Stroganoff(Leftover Meat)

Ingredients

  • 3 c. leftover beef or veal, cut in 3-inch strips
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can or leftover gravy
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Gently brown beef or veal in butter.
  2. Remove meat.
  3. Add gravy, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms.
  4. Add meat and reheat. Serve over noodles, cooked and mixed with 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed.
  5. Top with sour cream and paprika.
  6. This may be served over rice.
  7. Delicious!
